At RealtyFlux, we strive to deliver high-quality ListingLive™ Engine-generated property videos. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first video. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your first video, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right or provide a full refund.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevent video delivery
- Significant quality issues that cannot be resolved through revisions
- Service unavailability due to platform errors
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (before video processing begins)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Videos that have been fully delivered and downloaded
- Change of mind after video processing has started
- Issues caused by incorrect or low-quality uploaded images
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
- Customization requests beyond our standard service scope
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for packages where some videos have been delivered and others have not, or where only minor issues are present that don't warrant a full refund.
8. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you'll retain access until your billing period ends.
